The Seed

It all starts with The Seed. The Seed is our most basic package. We will leverage our knowledge and relationships that we have made with vendors in Louisiana. Upon signing, we will act as a wedding consultant. We will suggest vendors to you based on your design aesthetic and budget. This service takes away the homework that you would otherwise be spending countless hours researching. Besides suggesting and connecting you with amazing vendors, we will create a seamless wedding day timeline, which will be shared with everyone who needs to know the details of your event. We will be present the day of the event, making sure that setup runs smoothly, details are styled, and you are happy and ready to host the wonderful event! There is no need for you or anyone you love to have to work the day of the wedding, that is our job! 

The roots

 With The Roots, you get everything in The Seed package plus some! Let us plan your wedding and do the dirty work for you.  With this package, we will schedule the site visits for you, schedule the meetings with vendors whom we suggest, and connect you with vendors that will help your design come to life. From there we will continue to communicate with your vendors, finalize contracts, and help you stay on top of payments as well as the budget. We will help you design a floorplan, obtain room blocks and help with second-line permits.

When it comes to crunch time, we will send out your personalized timeline and run the show managing vendor load-in, styling details, and making sure the entirety of the event runs smoothly.

The branches

This is our all-inclusive package that, just like branches, covers and protects everything. Let us do all of the work that we do in our Roots package while letting our creativity shine. We will take your idea of a party and create a design plan that encapsulates everything that you wish to portray. 

With this package, feel free to be as hands-on or hands-off as you wish. We will meet with vendors on your behalf and curate personalized final proposals and floorplans for your approval. We will present to you a design plan, final invoices, and the flow of the day.  In addition to taking care of all of the logistics leading up to the big day, we will run the show the day of and partner with your design vendors and photographer to curate beautiful images to remember the day.  We will be overseeing all of your load in, styling all of your design details, keeping you on time, and ensuring that this will be the best day of your life!
